Milewood has announced the promotion of Ayesha Khan to the role of human resources business partner (HRBP), joining the organisation’s senior management team.
Ayesha joined Milewood as an HR Advisor in April last year and has quickly established herself as a valued member of the organisation through her commitment, professionalism and strong understanding of Milewood’s people-focused culture.
Her promotion reflects both the contribution she has made over the past year and Milewood’s ongoing investment in strengthening its workforce and people support functions across the organisation.
In her new role, Ayesha will work closely with senior leaders throughout the business to support workforce development, employee engagement and the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred care through a strong and well-supported team.
