We are definitely celebrating after all five of our support services across Redcar and Cleveland achieved 100% compliance in their most recent quality assessments by the local authority.
Redfern House, Vincent House, Blenheim House, Ash Tree House and Strathallen were all recognised for meeting the highest standards of care and support.
The detailed assessment process reviewed every aspect of service delivery, including the quality of care planning, feedback from people using the services, discussions with staff, and the systems in place to support safe staffing and effective service management.
