Southfield Road supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs. Support is tailored to each individual, ensuring the right balance of independence, opportunity and care.

We believe that good support is about far more than meeting care needs. It is about creating opportunities. People living at Southfield Road are encouraged to take part in activities that matter to them, build relationships, access local amenities and services, and achieve personal goals at a pace that works for them.

Southfield Road has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and homely environment where people can feel comfortable, respected and empowered. The service offers three self-contained living spaces, two en-suite bedrooms, shared communal living and dining areas, outdoor space for relaxation and socialising, and dedicated staff support and facilities.

At Southfield Road. Our support is built around understanding each person’s strengths, interests and ambitions. We work alongside the people we support, their families and professionals to develop personalised support that encourages greater independence, skill development, community participation, positive wellbeing, meaningful daily routines and choice and control over everyday life.

Maintaining relationships and building new connections is an important part of life at Southfield Road. We support people to stay connected with family and friends, access healthcare and specialist services, engage in local activities and groups, explore education, volunteering and employment opportunities, and develop confidence and independence within their community.
