Beech Cliffe Grange provides high quality residential care within a warm and supportive home environment. Each person is supported in line with their individual needs, preferences and goals, with care plans developed alongside families and professionals.
The home offers a calm and welcoming environment where individuals are encouraged to take part in everyday activities, develop life skills and access their local community. The service accommodates a maximum of 11 service users and does not provide nursing care, allowing staff to focus on consistent relationship led support.
Our experienced and compassionate team works alongside each individual, their family, and healthcare professionals to develop personalised support plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. From building everyday living skills and encouraging community participation to supporting personal wellbeing and social inclusion, we create opportunities for people to grow in confidence and lead fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive and respectful environment.
