Woodlane Lodge is a supported living service located in Headingley, Leeds. The service benefits from excellent access to local amenities, healthcare services, education, and public transport, supporting people to stay active and involved in their community.
We provide person centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours. Support is tailored to each individual, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Individuals are supported with daily living skills, medication where required, emotional wellbeing, and developing routines that build confidence and stability.
Woodlane Lodge offers a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. Support is delivered in a positive and proportionate way, balancing independence with safety.
The Headingley location provides access to local shops, cafés, green spaces, and strong transport links into Leeds city centre, alongside opportunities for education, volunteering, employment, and social activities.
Our experienced staff team delivers consistent, person centred, and outcome focused support, helping individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered in their own home.
