We support Jessie’s chocolate-filled day out at Cadbury World

We all enjoy supporting residents to enjoy experiences centred around what they love most. Recently, Jessie Pickwick, who lives at Beckdale House, Sale, Manchester enjoyed a very special trip to Cadbury World – a perfect day out for someone known for her passion for chocolate.

From the moment the visit began, Jessie was full of excitement. She explored interactive exhibits, watched chocolate-making demonstrations and, of course, enjoyed free samples along the way, happily waiting in queues to take in every part of the experience.

One of the highlights of the day was the Cadbury gift shop, which Jessie visited both before and after the tour. She carefully chose a selection of treats and souvenirs, including chocolates, a mug, stationery and a cuddly Freddo toy. Jessie also had her photo taken with the Freddo mascot, adding another memorable moment to the day.

Tatiana Mironova, Jessie’s senior support worker, said: “It was a really special day out for Jessie and her enthusiasm was infectious throughout. It was wonderful to see her enjoying something she’s so passionate about, and we’re very happy to support experiences like this that mean so much to her and her growing independence.”
