Shelly Davidson, registered manager at Woody House in Suffolk, has been highly commended in the ‘Registered Manager of the Year’ category at the second annual Milewood Awards.
Shelly, who has led Woody House with exceptional dedication, has made a lasting impact on both her team and the people supported at the service. Her calm leadership and deep understanding of person-centred care have earned her widespread respect. Under Shelly’s guidance, Woody House has continued to strengthen its culture of safety, empowerment, and meaningful engagement, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of support.
Woody House is a residential service providing care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and a variety of additional needs. The home focuses on promoting independence, building essential life skills, and enabling residents to enjoy active, fulfilling lives within their local community. Woody House is operated by Milewood Healthcare Ltd, a national provider of specialist living services across England.
