Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
- Develop and oversee action plans for service improvements.
- Support managers during regulatory visits and investigations.
- Promote a strong quality culture and implement best practices.
- Analyse audit trends and contribute to policy development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a quality or compliance role within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
