About the Role
Milewood Healthcare is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our referral management and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in health and social care business operations.
As a key part of our team, you will help streamline referral processes, track key data, and build relationships with stakeholders across the NHS and local authorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM data to track and record referral activity.
- Monitor NHS and local authority referral portals to identify new opportunities.
- Support managers with referral follow-ups, ensuring a smooth process from assessment to offer.
- Analyse and report referral trends to improve response times and efficiency.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including local authority and NHS contacts.
About You:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively.
- Experience in business development, healthcare, or a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking is an advantage.
